… personality is key to being outrageous… but
being passionate about what you do will make your personality shine better and your outrageousness come across better…

if Yanik wasn’t passionate about what he does… he wouldn’t be able to get up on stage and wow the crowd… nor would he be able to make the money he does.

Yanik’s talk was OUTRAGEOUSly excellent. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

Not only did he explain the concept of “Astonishment Architecture,” but he also gave us a simple exercise to do that will provide our clients surprise and delight, and get them talking about us to their friends!

I also had the pleasure of having dinner with Yanik that night. Definitely a genuine, down-to-earth, super-fun and super-sharp guy (and a heck of an air guitar player)!

Hello,
I have learned so much from Insiders Circle. Is there anyone who has any ideas for Air and Heat Business? Is there a plumber, electrician, HVAC, roofer who has something that worked for them. I would like to know how you are doing with the Outrageous Advertising. Thanks Marla

Great interview Mara I had the pleasure of interviewing Yanik last week from Australia and he truly is an outrageously humble and funny guy making a difference in the lives of many. It was lovely to see him being outrageously funny and exceptionally smart in your video too.
Thanks for sharing.
Cheers

There is something wrong with the video, as it will only play about 3 minutes and then revert back to the beginning. I can’t seem to get it to move past the 3 minute (or so) mark. It pauses and stays on “loading” for about 10 minutes then times out and goes back to the beginning. Is it posted on Youtube or elsewhere where it can be watched.?

Marla,

HVAC businesses are just like every other business… sure there are nuanced differences in each business, but the entire GK school of though is that “My business is NOT different”….
