Re-reading that “Doug W.” story makes me realize that it’s been too long since I last read your “No B.S. Business Success” book.

anytime an employee is not making you money – he/she is costing you money

I dont mind giving power to an employee – but when they do nothing with that power – then they got to go.

…borrowing cash without the knowledge to use it wisely is pointless…
case in point… most lottery winners go bankrupt in a few short years after winning, because they don’t understand the power having money creates… they needlessly spend money on unwise purchases, buy stuff for their friends and dont worry where the money is going…
when you borrow cash – you act like the lottery winner and start spending wrecklessly with no goal or systems in place to control spending…
