I know this is going to be a powerful session.
I followed exactly the system that Dave showed us on one of his previous hangouts and several things happened as a result:
About 15% of the list unsubscribed,
around half a dozen recipients called or emailed suggesting my email had been hacked,
One customer threatened to report me to the Trading Standards Authority,
One woman called in complaining bitterly.
I nearly got fired, except it brought in over £28K in business from just one email.
