So I started outsourcing some of the things that I did such as accounting and some of the direct mail like stuffing envelopes. This has allowed me more time to create a marketing system for the libraries and for the librarians I work with. I’ve been trying to make it fun, make it exciting. What I’ve done is, in our first mailing using some of the methods from Dan, with less than $500, I’ve created about $16,000 in sales. If I divide out just the one mailing I created by eight hours saved, it was about $1,900 an hour in what I made extra.     Recently, you missed our interview with one of my heroes, Robert Ringer, author of ‘Winning Through Intimidation’ and a new book, ‘Action!’ (which Bill sent as a gift to all Gold+ Members.) Ringer’s Intimidation book sparked my entire approach to and life of “takeaway selling.”
